Abstract Submission

Start for abstract submission: March 1, 2025
Deadline for abstract submission: April 30, 2025

Submission Guidelines:

Please use the provided abstract template for submission and follow the given structure.
The presenting author must register for the conference latest after receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance, an earlier registration is preferred for the organisation of the meeting.
As the primary contact for the abstract, the presenting author will be responsible for:
- communicating to all co-authors regarding the acceptance of the abstract
- obtaining conflict of interest disclosures from them.
The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
The review committee will decide whether the abstract is accepted as a talk or poster.
The authors will be informed about allocation latest by End of June 2025
Outstanding posters will be presented as part of a poster presentation session.
Please submit the abstract via the upload button by the deadline.
All abstracts will be published in Clinical Oncology, provided they fulfill the given structure and contain adeaquate data to assess the results and interpret the conclusions. It is not sufficient to state in the results’ section that “data will be presented” or similar phrasing, and descriptive accounts of work in progress will not be considered for publication.
